More Reasons to Eat Fruits

There are several types of Fruits that you can eat that will not only keep you healthy, but help fight this oxidation process.

This is so they don’t produce undesirable side effects— like heart attacks and strokes—which are risks associated with manufactured drugs.

Peaches also have a small laxative effect and a powerful diuretic effect and have been recommended to people suffering from rheumatism and gout. Peach flowers have sedative proprieties and are good for children who are restless, especially when boiled in water with sugar and honey.
